Made of highly polished, heavy wall stainless steel tubing with an injection molded nylon rail mount bracket. Flag is attached to the flag pole using nylon adjustable flag pole clips in along with stainless steel spring wire quick release clips allowing mounting flexibility for a variety of flag or pennant sizes. Use on either 7/8" or 1" tubing. Maximum safe speed 10 MPH.
